Hi, I'm Jenelle

I’ve been helping women break free from painful relationship patterns for over 6 years. In my journey, I’ve found a common roadblock: Many women try to analyze their patterns through therapy, self-help books, or endless reflection, but these methods alone don’t create lasting change.

The key to real transformation lies not in the mind, but in the body—and that’s where I found the missing piece.

I joined a 3-year training in Somatic Experiencing and a Attachment Repatterning training to learn all I could. 

By combining this powerful Somatic Work with Attachment Theory, I’ve developed a unique approach that empowers women to feel confident, grounded, and secure in love.
